Q1: Are your tours completely private?

A: Yes. When you book with Z Japan Tours, every seat in the vehicle belongs to your group for the entire day. We never merge bookings. We never add strangers. Two people receive the same vehicle exclusivity as a group of five.

Q2: Where exactly do you pick us up?

A: From any hotel, guesthouse, or accommodation within Tokyo 23 Wards. Provide your address at booking. We confirm your pickup point and time. No extra charge for hotel pickup.

Q3: Which languages do your guides speak?

A: English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. Select your preferred language at booking or note it in your message. We confirm the language-appropriate guide before your tour.

Q4: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a 100% refund. If we cancel your tour for any reason, including weather, you receive a full cash refund. No vouchers. No partial refunds.

Q5: Do I pay anything when I book?

A: Nothing. Reserve your spot today. No payment is required at booking. Payment is processed through the booking platform closer to your tour date.

Q6: How many people can join one tour?

A: Up to 5 travelers per vehicle. For groups of 6 or more, contact us. We arrange additional vehicles and adjust pricing accordingly.

Q7: Can we change the itinerary on the day?

A: Yes. All tours are customizable before and during the day. Tell your guide what to add, skip, or adjust. Contact us before booking to discuss specific changes.

Q8: What should we wear?

A: Comfortable walking shoes for all tours. Bring layers for Mt. Fuji and Nikko — temperatures at altitude differ significantly from Tokyo even in summer. Slip-ons for shrines where shoe removal applies.

Q9: Do tours run in rain?

A: Yes. Japanese sites are often beautiful in rain. We only cancel if a destination is unsafe or officially closed by authorities. Full refund in that case.

Q10: Are entry fees included?

A: No. Common fees: Nikko Toshogu approx. 1,300 yen. Kegon Falls elevator approx. 600 yen. Akechidaira Ropeway approx. 800 yen one-way. Hakone Ropeway approx. 1,600 yen round-trip. Your guide advises before each entry.

Q11: Is food included?

A: No. We build meal time into every itinerary. Your guide recommends the best local options at each destination and accounts for dietary requirements.

Q12: Do you have halal food options?

A: Yes. We know halal and halal-friendly restaurants near all our major destinations. Tell us your dietary requirements at booking and your guide plans the day around this.

Q13: Can you accommodate prayer time?

A: Yes. Tell us your prayer schedule at booking. Private tours allow full flexibility. We build prayer stops into the itinerary without affecting the rest of the day.

Q14: Can I book for families with babies or young children?

A: Yes. Mention children’s ages at booking. We confirm vehicle suitability and advise on stroller accessibility at each stop.
